What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI), ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Design and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, develop system integrations using REST APIs, and leverage Python for automation, data migration, reporting, and integration.
• Build metadata-driven applications, workflow automation, and governance capabilities that support business processes while minimizing future development effort.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, supporting testing, deployment, and production rollout.

Produce technical documentation and ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for quality, security, scalability, governance, and business continuity.

What You Will Learn

Qualifications You Must Have

• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including but not limited to:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, administration, and optimization.
• Solid understanding of relational database design and data modelling.
• Proficiency in Python for automation, integration, and data processing.
• Experience with REST APIs and enterprise system integrations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services is an advantage.
• Experience implementing enterprise workflow, governance, and approval systems.
• Full-cycle data analytics competency, including data collection, normalization, modelling, visualization, governance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Minimum 2-3 years of software development experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of Microsoft Power Platform development experience.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with governance, workflow automation, portfolio, or program management systems is preferred.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). If you live within a reasonable commute of an RTX site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through University Degree combined with experience. Practical knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.

Engineering/Other Technical Positions:Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics(STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
