Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, is seeking a Hybrid-enabled software engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform. The role emphasizes secure, scalable solutions with data analytics capabilities, REST API integrations, and governance.

You will collaborate with analysts and project managers, translating business requirements into technical designs and ensuring robust documentation and deployment readiness.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, administration, and optimization.
• Relational database design and data modelling knowledge.
• Proficiency in Python for automation, integration, and data processing.
• Experience with REST APIs and enterprise system integrations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services is an advantage.
• Experience implementing enterprise workflow, governance, and approval systems.
• Full-cycle data analytics, including data collection, normalization, modelling, visualization, governance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with governance, workflow automation, portfolio, or program management systems is preferred.
