MOVE Your Business, a Southern California outsourcing company, seeks a Social Media Specialist to drive B2B campaigns for Geraci LLP. You will create LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube content, manage posting calendars, and generate leads through strategic storytelling and design.

The role requires strong copywriting and design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), independent planning, trend awareness, and collaboration with marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B social media marketing across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling and graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience planning integrated campaigns, content calendars and scheduling tools.
• Knowledge of trends, audience engagement, analytics, and lead generation strategies.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple accounts with minimal supervision.
• Two professional references and a recent background check are required.

Responsibilities

On behalf of Geraci LLP, we are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Specialist with experience in B2B marketing to manage and grow our social media presence.

The ideal candidate has strong B2B marketing experience, excellent storytelling and design skills, and the ability to independently plan and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement and generate leads. This role requires someone who stays updated on social media trends, understands audience engagement, and can turn content into meaningful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Strategy & Content Creation
  • Develop and execute integrated B2B social media campaigns that tell compelling stories, engage target audiences, and generate leads.
  • Independently create engaging copy, graphics, carousels, and video content, leveraging existing creative assets and team support when needed.
  • Repurpose and adapt content across platforms while maintaining consistent campaign messaging.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, platform features, and best practices, including video formats and collaboration tools.
• Social Media Management & Scheduling
  • Create and manage content calendars for the companies, ensuring at least 3 posts per week, per channel, per company.
  • Monitor performance and adjust content, posting frequency, formats, and schedules based on audience engagement.
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities and ensure timely campaign execution.
• Community Management & Engagement
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions across social media platforms.
  • Build relationships with potential clients and industry professionals to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
  • Implement strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand visibility.
• Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Conduct A/B testing on content, visuals, messaging, and posting strategies to improve performance.
  • Track key metrics, including reach, engagement, follower growth, click-through rates, and lead conversions.
  • Prepare regular analytics reports and recommend improvements based on campaign performance.
• Marketing Collaboration & Ad Hoc Tasks
  • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align campaigns with brand guidelines, messaging, and business objectives.
  • Support additional marketing initiatives and projects as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B social media marketing, particularly LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and graphic design skills, with proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Experience planning and managing integrated social media campaigns, content calendars, and scheduling tools.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, platform capabilities, community management, and audience engagement.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, social media analytics, reporting, and lead generation strategies.
• Highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and self-sufficient, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Two professional references and a valid criminal background check issued within the last 60 days are required for all successful applicants.
• Completion of intake paperwork, including submission of a valid tax identification number (e.g., Social Security Number, Social Insurance Number, or the country's equivalent), is required before onboarding.

Working Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week)
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time
Pay: $800 + $55 Allowance per month
