- Draft professional posts, short articles, and educational content based on the founder’s expertise.
- Repurpose approved business insights into engaging social media content.
- Assist with email outreach and relationship‑building campaigns.
- Research relevant business associations, networking events, and professional communities.
- Help prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead generation and business visibility.
3. Executive & Administrative Support (25%)
- Manage appointments, calendar invitations, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and action‑item summaries.
- Organize digital documents, contact lists, and business records.
- Monitor assigned tasks, deadlines, and follow‑up commitments.
- Draft professional emails and routine correspondence.
- Assist with client onboarding administration and CRM updates.
- Proactively identify administrative bottlenecks and suggest solutions.
- Handle confidential business information with discretion.
4. Business Growth & Special Projects (10%)
- Assist with research on new service offerings and target markets.
- Support implementation of CRM systems and business development processes.
- Create simple dashboards and weekly activity reports.
- Recommend AI tools and productivity improvements.
- Take ownership of special projects assigned by the founder.
Minimum Qualifications
