Job summary

Silver Goose 8 International, Inc. is seeking a dynamic on-camera content creator to build our social media presence on TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and more. You will produce daily short-form videos, dance and lifestyle content, and participate in campaigns to grow followers and engagement.

You will be comfortable appearing on camera, quickly turning trends into entertaining content and representing the SG8 brand across platforms. Hybrid work in Metro Manila with evolving campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience creating short-form content for social platforms.

• Strong English and Tagalog communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish multiple pieces of short-form content daily across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and other SG8 channels.
• Regularly appear on camera as a main SG8 personality.
• Produce trending dance, lifestyle and entertainment videos.
• Participate in skits, challenges, reactions and other formats.
• Create content around SG8 campaigns, events and activations.
• Conduct livestreams when required.
• Stay updated on platform trends and formats.
• Publish content according to posting schedule.
• Represent SG8 confidently on camera.

About the role

This is not a traditional desk-based marketing role. Your main responsibility is to create, appear in and publish engaging social media content every day. You will be one of the recognizable personalities representing SG8 online, helping us build attention, engagement and followers through entertaining, trendy and highly shareable content. You should be naturally comfortable in front of the camera, understand what performs on TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook, and be able to quickly turn current trends into content that fits the SG8 brand. Content may include trending dances, lifestyle videos, entertainment content, promotional videos, challenges, reactions, short skits, livestreams and other personality-driven content.

Key responsibilities

• Create and post multiple pieces of short-form content daily across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and other SG8 social channels
• Regularly appear on camera as one of the main personalities and faces of the SG8 brand
• Produce trending dance, lifestyle, entertainment, promotional and personality-driven videos
• Participate in short-form skits, challenges, reactions and other trending formats
• Create content around SG8 campaigns, promotions, events and brand activities
• Conduct or participate in livestreams when required
• Stay constantly updated on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook trends, sounds, memes, formats and viral content
• Identify trends early and adapt them quickly for SG8
• Publish content consistently according to the agreed posting schedule
• Represent SG8 confidently and professionally on camera

• Highly confident and natural in front of the camera
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook
• Regularly follows social media trends and internet culture
• Comfortable creating dance, lifestyle, entertainment and promotional content
• Able to produce and post content frequently rather than waiting for highly polished productions
• Good sense of what makes short-form content entertaining and shareable
• Strong communication skills and outgoing personality
• Comfortable speaking in English and TagalogAble to work independently and consistently meet daily content requirements
• Comfortable appearing publicly as a representative of the SG8 brand
