• Responsible for the day-to-day running of SG8 Official social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedln).
• Create engaging and high-quality content, from graphics, videos and written posts, tailored to our industry’s audience.
• Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to support monthly targets.
• Engage with online community, respond to comments and messages.
• Tracks, monitors and analyse social media performance metrics and provide regular timely reports to management team.
• Coordination with partner agencies or providers during event days.
• Manage social media crisis with professionalism.
• Stays up to date with the latest social media trends, tools and best practices to ensure effective strategies.
• Identify and establish relationships with key influences and brand ambassadors to amplify our reach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and alignment with monthly targets.
• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum two (2) years marketing experience, preferably with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
• Proficient in social media managing tools (e.g. Ads Manager) and analytics platform (e.g. Google Analytics).
• Proven knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms and best practices.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and on-brand content.
• Creative mindset to think outside the box and create innovative, one of a kind content.
• Experienced working with third‑party social media and influencer marketing agency.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
