We are looking for a tech-forward Social Media Marketing Manager + Executive Assistant who can manage social media marketing activities while providing high-level executive support.

The position involves managing social media strategies across TikTok Shop, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn while creating bilingual English/Korean content using AI tools.

The role also provides direct support to the General Manager through calendar management, inbox triage, meeting coordination, executive briefings, document preparation, and business operations support.

The ideal candidate is comfortable handling content creation, AI tools, e-commerce activities, client coordination, and executive-level administrative responsibilities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing

• Develop and execute social media strategies across TikTok Shop, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Create captions, product descriptions, hashtag strategies, and campaign briefs using AI tools.
• Coordinate short-form TikTok content and affiliate/influencer outreach.
• Analyze engagement metrics and prepare weekly performance reports.
• Create and maintain branded visual assets using Canva.
• Conduct TikTok readiness scoring and develop 90-day action plans for brands entering the U.S. market.
• Monitor TikTok Shop listing performance and coordinate inventory, pricing, and fulfillment-related updates.

Content & Copywriting

• Write bilingual English/Korean marketing copy, product listings, and campaign materials using AI tools.
• Prepare brand readiness reports, market-entry analyses, and strategy memos.
• Produce recurring newsletters, including HTML formatting and Google Sheets data integration.
• Edit and proofread outgoing marketing materials for tone, accuracy, and brand alignment.

Executive Support

• Manage the General Manager’s calendar and cross-timezone scheduling.
• Triage the executive Gmail inbox, draft responses, flag urgent items, and archive handled threads.
• Prepare executive briefings, meeting agendas, and follow-up summaries.
• Coordinate business meetings, trade events, and client onboarding sessions.
• Support contract review workflows, document revisions, and version tracking.
• Prepare vendor evaluations, comparison reports, and strategic recommendation documents.
• Maintain organized Google Drive filing systems.

Client & Brand Support

• Serve as a communication liaison for Korean brand clients.
• Support new brand client onboarding, documentation, briefings, and tool setup.
• Track client deliverables and flag risks or delays.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams regarding marketing requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital content, or a related field.
• Professional experience using Claude AI, ChatGPT, or comparable generative AI tools.
• Hands-on experience with TikTok content strategy and familiarity with TikTok Shop and affiliate programs.
• Strong English writing and communication skills.
• Business-level Korean proficiency is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Canva, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience managing multiple brand workstreams with strong attention to detail.
• Experience supporting executives or senior management in an administrative or operational capacity.
• Experience working with Korean consumer brands or in a Korean-American business environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, e-commerce fulfillment, logistics, influencer marketing, affiliate networks, contract workflows, or vendor negotiations is a plus.
