MicroSourcing in Manila is seeking a Social Media Manager to oversee day‑to‑day content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest and X, and to drive engagement with a strong visual storytelling approach.

• Create original photo and video content including product features, lifestyle shoots, Reels, and behind‑the‑scenes.
• Write engaging captions and manage community engagement across platforms.
• Collaborate with catalog and merchandising teams to feature products and campaigns.
• Monitor trends in home décor, outdoor living, cabin/rustic, and lifestyle categories and adapt content.
• Manage paid and organic social campaigns and report performance.
• Support social content across multiple product categories and sister brands.

Your Role

As a Social Media Manager, you will:

• Manage day-to-day social media content and publishing across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and X.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar covering seasonal campaigns, product launches, and evergreen lifestyle content.
• Create original photo and video content, including product features, lifestyle shoots, unboxings, Reels, TikToks, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Write engaging, on-brand captions and manage community engagement across social platforms.
• Collaborate with catalog and merchandising teams to identify products and campaigns to feature.
• Monitor trends across home décor, outdoor living, cabin/rustic, and lifestyle categories and adapt content accordingly.
• Manage and report on paid social campaigns and organic social performance.
• Support social media content across multiple product categories and sister brands.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• 2+ years of social media management experience, preferably within retail, home décor, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
• Strong hands-on photo and video content creation and editing skills.
• Proven experience creating short-form video content for Reels and TikTok, including hooks, trends, and pacing.
• Strong copywriting and written communication skills with the ability to maintain an established brand voice.
• Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Pinterest, and social media analytics/reporting tools.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience managing social media for a retail, home décor, outdoor lifestyle, or multi-brand e-commerce company.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
• Portfolio or reel demonstrating original photo and video content personally shot and edited.
• Experience growing organic engagement, reach, and video views.
• Ability to manage content across multiple product categories and brands simultaneously.
• Genuine interest in outdoor living, cabin/rustic décor, or lifestyle content is a plus.
