Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to plan, create, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels. You will craft visuals and copy that reinforce our brand, design marketing materials, and help drive audience engagement.

You'll monitor metrics, collaborate on campaigns, and stay current with trends to optimize performance. This hybrid, night-shift role supports a fast-paced marketing team and diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Experience managing business social media accounts and creating engaging digital content across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design software.
• Strong content writing, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to create photo, video, and graphic content that supports brand consistency and marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Produce compelling visual content, including photos, videos, graphics, and promotional assets that align with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Design digital and print marketing materials such as social media creatives, event collateral, advertisements, flyers, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain and update website content to ensure information remains current, visually appealing, and aligned with ongoing marketing initiatives.
• Monitor social media performance by tracking engagement, audience growth, and campaign metrics, using insights to optimize future content strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, seasonal initiatives, and special events.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and digital marketing best practices to continuously improve content performance and audience reach.

What You Need:

• Basic photo and video editing skills for digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience supporting event marketing, promotional campaigns, and brand activations.
• Interest or experience in the aesthetics, beauty, healthcare, or wellness industry.
