Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Social Media Content + Creative VA in Manila. This role operates on a night shift with a 100% work-from-home setup, supporting multiple client accounts across platforms.

You will create, edit, and publish engaging content, craft visuals with Canva and Adobe tools, and leverage AI prompts for asset production while aligning with brand guidelines. This position offers competitive rewards and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
• Strong graphic design, photo editing, and visual content creation skills.
• Hands-on experience editing short-form social media videos.
• Experience using AI content generation tools and prompts.
• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Photoshop, or Premiere Rush.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts.
• Strong written communication and collaboration with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and publish content across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor and respond to comments and DMs to maintain engagement.
• Design and edit graphics for posts, ads, and campaigns with brand consistency.
• Edit short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Use AI tools to generate and refine assets meeting brand standards.
• Organize creative assets and support the marketing team with campaigns.
• Ensure all content follows content calendars and brand guidelines.

Your Role

• Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
• Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages to help maintain audience engagement.
• Design and edit graphics for social media posts, paid advertisements, and marketing campaigns while ensuring visual consistency across client accounts.
• Edit short-form videos and create engaging promotional content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Utilize AI image and video generation tools, including writing prompts and refining AI-generated assets to meet brand standards.
• Organize creative assets, maintain content libraries, and support the marketing team in preparing campaign materials.
• Ensure all published content adheres to approved content calendars and brand guidelines.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Proven professional experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
• Strong graphic design, photo editing, and visual content creation skills with a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Hands‑on experience editing short‑form social media videos using modern desktop or mobile editing tools.
• Practical experience using AI content generation tools and prompt engineering for creative asset production.
• Proficiency with creative software such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Premiere Rush.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with an international marketing team.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.
• Understanding of luxury brands, premium positioning, and high‑end visual aesthetics.
• Experience using social media scheduling and automation platforms.
• Strong knowledge of current social media trends, viral content strategies, and evolving platform algorithms.
