Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to work from home in the night shift, serving clients from Metro Manila. The role covers content planning, publishing, engagement, and visual production across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will craft graphics, edit videos, and leverage AI tools to deliver brand-aligned content, supported by a collaborative international marketing team and a flexible remote setup.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
• Strong graphic design, photo editing, and visual content creation skills with an eye for aesthetics.
• Hands-on experience editing short-form videos using modern desktop or mobile tools.
• Practical experience using AI content generation tools and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Photoshop, or Premiere Rush.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more).
• Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages to maintain audience engagement.
• Design and edit graphics for posts, ads, and campaigns while ensuring brand consistency.
• Edit short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Use AI image/video generation tools and refine assets to brand standards.
• Organize creative assets, maintain content libraries, and support the marketing team.
• Ensure all content adheres to approved calendars and brand guidelines.
