RASA Café is seeking an active and skilled Social Media Manager to run our social channels and convert followers into loyal customers. This is a project-based role through October 10, 2026, with potential for extension based on performance.

Candidate must manage content creation, engagement, and campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook, while analyzing metrics and adapting strategies to stay ahead of trends.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in digital marketing, social media coordination, and content creation.
• Deep understanding of major social media channels and their unique algorithms.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools, analytics platforms, and basic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe, CapCut).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to represent the brand tone accurately.
• Ability to interpret data and use insights to improve future campaigns.
• Lives within Dasmariñas City Cavite or nearby cities.
• Can travel to Dasmariñas City Cavite for shoots and content creation.
• Has a pleasing personality and conducts self professionally.

Responsabilités

• Act as the voice of the brand, manage community engagement, and drive digital marketing strategies.
• Turn online followers and engagement into loyal and visiting customers.
• Create and execute comprehensive social media plans aligned with business goals.
• Plan, write, and oversee the production of daily text, graphics, and video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Engage with followers, reply to comments and direct messages, and foster active brand communities.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze metrics using tools like Google Analytics, and report on campaign ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with platform algorithms, viral trends, and competitor activities.
• Perform such other tasks and responsibilities as may be beneficial in marketing the Café online and improving its brand.

RASA Café is looking for an active and well versed Social Media Manager to manage our social media accounts and turn the followers and engagement to loyal and visiting customers.

This will be for a project based only which will be until October 10, 2026, our grand opening. Nonetheless, we are open on retaining the successful applicant should her/his performance turns out to be advantageous for the Café.
