Job summary

Machinebanks' Corporation in Quezon City is seeking a skilled social media specialist to develop and implement strategies, create engaging content, and manage campaigns across multiple platforms.

You will produce high-quality graphics, photos, videos, and written content, plan monthly calendars, monitor accounts, and collaborate with the Brand Building team. This full-time, in-person role requires 2+ years' experience and a strong portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Proven experience managing business social media accounts with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar design/video tools.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Studio and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
• Create, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
• Produce high-quality graphics, photos, videos, reels, and written content.
• Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
• Manage and monitor company social accounts, respond to comments/messages.
• Coordinate with Brand Building and Management team for promotional content.
• Cover events, product launches, seminars, and customer activities for digital content.
• Monitor trends, competitor activity and emerging digital practices.
• Analyze performance and prepare monthly reports with improvement recommendations.
• Assist planning of paid social media campaigns.
• Ensure content aligns with branding and communication standards.
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.

Office Location: 482 Gregorio Araneta Ave., Quezon City
Work Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives.

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

• Produce high-quality graphics, photos, videos, reels, and written content.

• Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.

• Manage and monitor the company's social media accounts, including responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.

• Coordinate with Brand Building and Management team to create promotional content.

• Cover company events, product launches, seminars, trade shows, and customer activities for digital content.

• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing practices.

• Analyze social media performance and prepare monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.

• Assist in planning and implementing paid social media advertising campaigns.

• Ensure all content is consistent with the company's branding and communication standards.

• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.

• Proven experience managing business social media accounts with a strong portfolio of content.

• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), CapCut, or similar design and video editing software.

• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Studio, and social media analytics tools.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media advertising.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong creativity with an eye for design, branding, and storytelling.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

• Photography and videography skills are highly preferred.

• Willing to travel for company events, customer visits, and marketing activities when necessary.
