Job summary

LeapOut Digital Inc. is seeking a hands-on Social Media Manager to plan, publish, and report on content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You’ll manage monthly calendars for six to eight accounts, brief designers, and ensure posts align with brand guidelines and campaigns.

You will also handle community management, respond to comments, and deliver monthly performance reports. A hybrid Philippines role based in Ortigas HQ supports AU/Middle East coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years managing social media accounts hands-on, ideally in an agency or across multiple brands.
• Fluency with Meta Business Suite, TikTok and LinkedIn publishing tools, scheduling platforms, and basic analytics.

Responsibilities

• Plan, produce, publish, and report on social media content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Manage monthly content calendars for six to eight accounts and ensure brand-consistent messaging.
• Brief designers/editors, review output, and assemble posts to platform-native specs.
