The role emphasizes community management, performance reporting, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of live social media experience, a proven growth track record, and strong English writing.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years running social media, in an agency or in-house.
• A track record of accounts you have grown, with a portfolio or handles to show.
• Fluent written English with a strong sense of tone.
• Comfortable with scheduling and analytics tools.
• Organised, reliable, and able to hold several brands at once.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly content strategy and calendars across Instagram and LinkedIn for several brands.
• Write captions, hooks, and short copy in each brand's voice and tone.
• Brief and direct designers and video editors on required assets.
• Schedule, publish, and manage the pipeline so nothing slips.
• Run community management: reply to comments and DMs with care.
• Track performance and pull weekly/monthly reports on reach, engagement, and growth.
• Turn the numbers into decisions: what to double down on, what to drop.
• Coordinate content shoots and keep the asset library organized.
