You will craft posts, carousels, and short videos in Canva, maintain brand templates, and write professional captions and articles from leadership notes and project updates.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing for a brand/page.
• Strong written English for business communication.
• Hands-on Canva or similar design tools experience.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram page management and scheduling.
• Basic experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platform.
• Comfortable reading platform analytics and turning data into simple insights.
• Consistent, self-motivated, and eager to learn with a habit of testing ideas.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Amenable to night shift and onsite work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a monthly content calendar and publish across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Create posts, carousels, and short videos using Canva and templates for brand consistency.
• Write captions, articles, and blog posts from leadership notes and updates.
• Build and send Mailchimp campaigns including weekly repurposed content.
• Engage with comments/messages and grow reach on LinkedIn.
• Test new formats and posting times; track performance and iterate.
• Prepare a brief weekly report on posts, engagement, and email results with recommendations.
• Support leadership with research for thought leadership, podcasts, and downloadable content.
