Job Description

• Manage and moderate assigned online community groups (e.g., Facebook, Telegram, Viber).
• Keep conversations active and encourage members to participate.
• Ensure discussions are positive and respectful.
• Collect key feedback and summarize insights from group interactions.
• Prepare simple reports on community activity and trends.
• Assist with creating basic content or visuals to engage the group.
• Keep records of important discussions for reference and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in InfoSys, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in community management (discord, viber, telegram, etc), social media moderation (fb, yt, tiktok, ig, X, etc), or online engagement is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stimulate conversations and maintain active group engagement.
• Basic content creation or graphic design skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with messaging platforms, social media groups, and online communities.
• Organized and capable of documenting discussions and insights effectively.
• Amenable to work onsite in BGC.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
