Job Description

Responsibilities

• Proficient in assisting with the development and execution of social media strategies across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok).
• Create engaging and original or repurposed content (text, images, videos) consistent with the brand voice and target audience.
• Schedule and publish content across platforms according to the content calendar; monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally; track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, website traffic).
• Identify and leverage social media trends and opportunities to enhance brand awareness and engagement;source influencers who are good brand fit, assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices, and collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure consistency across all channels.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in social media marketing, influencers management or related areas.
• Understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences, familiarity with social media management tools, and basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing.
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated with strong time management skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, team-oriented mindset, and accountable for personal goals and outcomes.
• Creative, hard-working, passionate about social media, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
