The Social Media and Events Associate is responsible for managing the company’s online presence and supporting the planning and execution of brand events. This role ensures consistent brand messaging across digital platforms while creating engaging experiences that strengthen customer relationships and community presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

• Create, plan, and schedule content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Develop engaging captions aligned with brand voice and identity
• Coordinate photo and video shoots (in-store, products, events)
• Monitor engagement (comments, DMs) and respond in a timely, professional manner
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and submit monthly reports
• Stay updated on trends, hashtags, and content formats

Content Creation

• Produce basic graphics, reels, and short-form videos
• Collaborate with team members for campaigns, launches, and promotions
• Maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing goals

Events & Activations

• Assist in planning and executing in-store and external events
• Manage event logistics (invites, program flow, materials, permits if needed)
• Support on-ground event setup and customer engagement
• Prepare post-event documentation and performance summary

Brand & Community Engagement

• Build relationships with influencers, media partners, and collaborators
• Identify opportunities for partnerships and community involvement
• Ensure all communications reflect brand values and positioning
