Qualifications

• Copywriting and visual content skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into marketing stories with social media, web/app development, and ATL/BTL activities.
• Manage and develop clients’ social media channels and communities (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube).
• Collaborate on creating and producing different forms of content and assets.
• Interact with online communities to boost engagement, manage crises, and shape brand presence.
• Manage social listening tools and coordinate with colleagues to monitor crises and issues.
• Innovate with creativity and technology while having fun.
