Job summary

Rakso CT is seeking a Content Marketing Associate to translate business goals into engaging marketing stories across social media, web/app development, and experiential activities.

You will manage client social channels, collaborate on content creation, and engage online communities to build strong brand presence. Fresh grads are welcome; Makati City-based position requiring a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
• Knowledge in marketing communications.
• Familiarity with various social media channels, apps, and other digital platforms.
• Strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure on multiple projects.
• Copywriting and visuals crafting skills are a plus.
• Team player with ability to work independently and relocate to Makati City.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into marketing stories executed on social media and other channels.
• Manage and develop clients’ social media channels and communities (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube).
• Collaborate on crafting and producing content and assets.
• Interact with online communities to build engagement and manage crises or issues.
• Monitor social listening tools and coordinate with colleagues on crises and complaints.
• Engage creatively with technology while enjoying the process.
