Job summary

Rakso CT is seeking a Content Marketing Associate to translate business goals into compelling marketing stories across social media, web/app development, and ATL/BTL activities. You will manage clients’ social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube) and collaborate on content production.

The role requires a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields, with knowledge of marketing communications and digital platforms. Fresh graduates are welcome; Makati City-based position.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/College degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia Arts, or related fields.
Knowledge in marketing communications.
Familiarity with social media channels, apps and digital platforms.
Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects.
Copywriting and visualization skills a plus.
Team player who can work independently.
Willing to work in Makati City.

Responsibilities

Translate business goals into marketing stories executed on social media, web/app development, below-the-line, and above-the-line activities.
Manage and develop clients’ social media channels and communities, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
Collaborate on the crafting and production of different forms of content and assets.
Interact with online communities to build engagement, manage crises, and create a strong online presence for brands and projects.
Manage various social media listening tools and work with colleagues to manage and monitor crises, complaints, and issues.
