You will publish on-brand content on Instagram and TikTok, turning raw photos, videos, and voice or written direction into polished posts, writing engaging captions, and holding to a steady posting schedule. A strong eye for visuals, a solid grasp of short-form content, and the ability to follow brand standards while growing an existing community make for the ideal candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and publish on-brand content on Instagram and TikTok
• Curate and edit raw photos and videos into polished, platform-ready posts
• Turn voice notes and written direction into finished content
• Write engaging captions that match our brand voice
• Follow brand guidelines for visuals, tone, and messaging
• Keep a consistent posting schedule across platforms
• Engage with our existing community to help it grow
• Format newsletter templates as the role expands
• Prepare and maintain admin documentation as needed

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience creating and publishing content on Instagram and TikTok
• Proficiency in photo and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar
• Strong copywriting skills for social media captions
• Good eye for visual consistency, layout, and brand alignment
• Ability to follow brand standards and creative direction accurately
• Experience managing a content calendar and posting schedule
• Trustworthy with deadlines, meticulous with details, and able to work without constant oversight
• Strong communication skills
