Job summary

Aureus Group Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager, Social Media & Community Marketing to own Aureus’s social presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube. You will drive audience growth, engagement, and lead generation by shaping content strategy, supervising production, and coordinating UGC programs with the center teams and students.

You will build a vibrant online community, monitor performance, and surface insights to optimise campaigns that lead to enrollments and family

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on social media and community marketing experience for a consumer-facing brand.
• Proven track record growing audiences across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube with measurable results in reach and engagement.
• Demonstrable experience managing UGC campaigns or creator partnerships with clear outcomes.
• Comfortable translating platform analytics into actionable reporting for stakeholders.
• Platform-native instinct with a deep understanding of what works on each network.
• Creative eye and editorial judgement to brief compelling content.
• AI-native mindset using tools to accelerate ideation and iteration.
• Strong community instincts and data fluency connecting social to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the social media content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube with a consistent cadence reflecting Aureus brand.
• Develop and execute a content strategy rooted in audience insight and balanced for each platform.
• Brief and direct content production with clear platform-specific guidance on format, hook, and CTA.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and shifts to capitalise before they peak.
• Build and manage an active online community across all Aureus channels with timely responses.
• Design and run community engagement initiatives like Q&As and student spotlights.
• Identify engaged students and parents as brand advocates for referrals and word-of-mouth.
• Design and manage UGC programmes to scale authentic content.
• Own social performance reporting across organic and paid channels; track metrics.
• Build dashboards linking social activity to leads and trial bookings.
