3–5 years of experience in social media management, analytics, community management, or digital marketing—preferably in Education, EdTech, or SaaS.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and publish content across Facebook Groups, Facebook Pages, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
Track social media performance and translate audience behavior into insights that support acquisition, activation, adoption, and retention.
Engage teacher communities through practical tips, playbooks, and peer showcases.
Facilitate virtual onboarding sessions and webinars, and create short video tutorials.
Develop and maintain a searchable Knowledge Base and set up automations to streamline community workflows.
