Job Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive Facebook advertising strategies to achieve marketing objectives and KPIs.

• Conduct thorough audience research and develop targeted audience segments for ad campaigns.

• Create and optimize Facebook ad campaigns, including ad copy, visuals, targeting, and bidding strategies.

• Monitor ad performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

• Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, implementing A/B testing and other tactics to improve results.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Facebook advertising, ensuring campaigns are innovative and effective.

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and visually appealing ad creatives.

• Work closely with other marketing team members to align Facebook ad campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.

• Stay informed about changes to the Facebook advertising platform, algorithm updates, and policy changes, and adapt strategies accordingly.

• Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

• Stay updated with emerging digital advertising platforms and explore new channels to diversify marketing efforts.

• Provide guidance and support to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.

• Understanding the competitive landscape, differentiating factors, and devising strategies to outperform competitors.

• Proactive in staying updated with the latest FB targeting trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar role within an agency specifically in Facebook ads, Linkedin ads and/or working in a paid social role

• Strong understanding and passion for social media advertising

• Must be adept with using Facebook Business Manager and proficient in the use of Facebook Ads Manager to implement, optimise and analyze campaigns

• Able to build diverse audiences within Facebook Ads and aware of the Facebook pixel and how this is used

• Able to develop and implement paid strategies for clients across many industries that will result in a positive ROI

• Great at communication campaign performance and insights to the team

• Focused on doing the absolute best for our clients and helping them grow their business

• A natural ability to multitask & project manage

• The ability to analyze & optimize your clients' results and work to create and hit goals and targets

• Natural leadership flair and passion for spreading paid social knowledge

• You are passionate about social media advertising
