Job summary

Outsourcey in the Philippines is seeking a senior video editor to join our growth-focused team. You will edit full livestream replays for TikTok, Amazon, Instagram, and Facebook, turning 60-minute streams into 5+ clips including highlights, demos, and educational snippets.

You will produce trending edits for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and Facebook, and repurpose long-form content into ads and organic posts, while managing footage and versions for correct specs across platforms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years editing short-form social content at high volume.
• Expert in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve with CapCut fluency.
• Instinct for hooks, pacing, and what performs on each social platform.
• Ability to ship high volume daily without losing quality.
• Excellent file management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Edit full livestream replays for TikTok, Amazon, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Turn 60-minute livestreams into 5+ clips including highlights, demos, educational snippets, and recap edits.
• Create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
• Produce trending edits, transitions, loops, and bite-sized storytelling sequences.
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple edits for performance ads and organic social.
• Cut highlight reels, teaser trailers, promo snippets, and guest clips for In The Drivers Seat.
• Organise footage, manage versions, and deliver in correct specs for every platform.
