Job summary

Workstreet is seeking a Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager to run our 24x7 SOC, leading a team of 10+ analysts across rotating shifts. You will own client-facing security delivery, incident guidance, and remediation coordination with stakeholders.

You will mentor analysts, optimize coverage, and partner with GRC engineers to align SOC activity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA obligations; remote-first work enables global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of security operations experience.
• 3+ years managing a SOC team or similar function.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ analysts.
• Hands-on with EDR, SIEM, firewall, IPS, and WAF platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10+ SOC analysts with regular one-on-ones.
• Design and manage 24x7 shift coverage and schedules.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new analysts; implement development plans.
• Oversee SOC runbooks, playbooks, and incident handoffs.
• Deliver post-incident reviews and drive improvements.
