Job summary

Brixio Singapore is seeking a Security Operations Center Manager to lead a team of security analysts in monitoring, detecting, and responding to incidents from a remote setup in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will drive 24/7 operations and collaborate with IT and business units.

Strong background in Splunk, VMDR, and cloud/security technologies is required, along with leadership experience and excellent communication skills to manage client expectations and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• CISSP or CISM certifications are advantageous.
• Extensive experience in SOC operations and leadership.
• Experience with Splunk and Qualys VMDR.
• Familiarity with security concerns related to Cloudflare, Office 365, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, network devices, and firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SOC team of Level 1 and Level 2 analysts to ensure 24/7/365 operations.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development for team members.
• Monitor analysts' performance and provide feedback.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss findings and improvements.
• Oversee incident identification, investigation, and resolution.
• Coordinate with IT and business teams during incident management.
• Engage clients and ensure SLAs are met and service quality is high.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance SOC capabilities.
