Job summary

VIVO in the Philippines is seeking a Service Engineer (SE) to join our after-sales team in Calamba, Laguna. The role focuses on mobile phone repair and service quality.

Responsibilities include device inspection, troubleshooting, recording service orders, maintaining records, and upholding 6S standards while delivering excellent customer service. Fresh graduates are welcome; PRC license holders (Electronics Technician/Engineer) are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electronics/Telecommunications/Information Technology preferred.
• Basic knowledge of smartphone hardware and software.
• Proficient with common office apps and service order systems.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Experience in mobile phone or electronics repair preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong potential welcome.
• PRC License holders preferred (Electronics Technician/Engineer).

Responsibilities

• Conduct device inspection, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair.
• Ensure repairs meet Vivo quality and service standards.
• Accurately record and update service orders in the system.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and traceable service records.
• Communicate professionally with customers throughout the repair process.
• Provide courteous, patient, and professional assistance to address customer concerns.
• Comply with 6S standards and maintain a safe workplace and service center.
• Participate in technical training sessions and meetings organized by Vivo.
• Perform other after-sales service-related tasks as directed.
