Responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware and software issues in mobile devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets).
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble devices with precision, following manufacturer standards and SOPs.
• Replace faulty components such as screens, batteries, cameras, charging ports, and motherboards.
• In-depth experience in conducting repair for printed circuit boards for iPhone 12 models and above.
• Perform functional and cosmetic inspections to ensure devices meet quality standards.
• Use diagnostic tools, testing software, and manual checks to verify repair accuracy.
• Maintain accurate repair logs, part usage, and device tracking records.
• Ensure proper handling and care of tools, spare parts, and equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling procedures.
• Participate in quality audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate repair status or issues with supervisors or engineering teams as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations to support efficient workflow.
• Meet assigned repair targets, turnaround times, and production goals.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• Strong knowledge of mobile phone hardware components, operating systems, and software applications

• Proficiency in using small tools, soldering equipment, and precision instruments for disassembling, repairing, and reassembling mobile phones

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to diagnose complex issues and find appropriate solutions
