Position description: Responsible for the efficient processing of all sales transactions. Ensures all daily sales transactions are correct – cash on hand tallies with the total sales. Secure all cash payments and funds, and accomplish all sales report to respective heads while providing excellent customer service.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Handles ticketing and payment transactions accurately, including cash, card, discounts, and promotions, while ensuring correct pricing and issuance of receipts and change.
• Maintains accountability of sales by balancing cash at the start and end of each shift and submitting complete reports and documents in line with cashiering policies.
• Provides excellent customer service by greeting guests, addressing inquiries or complaints, and ensuring a pleasant and efficient experience at the counter.
• Supports business goals through suggestive selling and promoting available park products, food, and merchandise.
• Maintains cleanliness, proper grooming, and adherence to company standards while continuously developing skills through training and career development initiatives.
