Job summary

My Derma Dream is seeking an Outbound Phone Sales Representative to engage with existing customers and warm leads for premium skincare and beauty devices. You will build rapport, identify needs, present solutions, handle objections, and close sales during US Eastern Time hours from a quiet home office in the Philippines.

This full-time role requires six days per week, a fast-paced training program, consistent attendance, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or telesales experience is an advantage.
• Strong spoken English and telephone communication skills.
• Confidence in rapport-building, probing, and objection handling.
• A personal computer, stable internet, headset, webcam, and quiet workspace.
• Ability to work 6 days per week, 10–12 hours per day, working US EST hours.
• Full-time and exclusive commitment with no other employment or conflicting work commitments.
• Intensive, fast-paced training requiring consistent attendance, preparation, coachability, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing customers and interested leads.
• Build rapport, ask effective probing questions, and identify customer needs.
• Present suitable solutions, handle objections, and close sales.
• Consistently meet daily call targets and sales expectations.
• Maintain a minimum of 170 outbound dials per day.
