Job summary

Belo Casa is seeking Independent Beauty Consultants / Skincare Sales Representatives to launch premium Korean skincare products across Panay Island and Laguna Province. This remote/field-based role offers uncapped commission and flexible hours for self-motivated sales professionals.

You will visit salons and wellness centers, demonstrate products, manage orders, and build lasting relationships with salon owners.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and goal-driven sales professional.
• Own smartphone with reliable data connection.
• Comfortable with B2B sales to salons and clinics.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and visit local beauty salons, spas, and clinics to present skincare range.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with salon owners and managers.
• Demonstrate products and educate staff on usage and resale opportunities.
• Process orders and maintain basic sales activity records.
