Job summary

Sumisho Motor Finance Corporation is seeking a Mechanical Engineer in the Philippines to support die and fabrication processes in Batangas/Lipa. If you can operate conventional milling, drilling, and grinding machines and diagnose issues from product output, this role offers growth through hands-on problem solving.

You will conduct trials, troubleshoot, and implement corrective and preventive actions while sharing knowledge with the team to prevent recurrence and improve yield.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledgeable in operating conventional machines such as Milling, Drilling, and Grinding Machines.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Can detect and identify problems from product output.
• Recommends actions in abnormalities encountered during problem analysis.
• Conducts trials, troubleshooting, analysis, and corrective and preventive countermeasures of die and fabrication process.
• Can teach possible solutions based on the analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform trials and troubleshoot die and fabrication processes.
• Analyze product output to identify root causes and deviations.
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve process stability.
• Train operators on solutions and standardized procedures.
