Job summary

vamasters, Inc. is seeking a Junior 3D Visualization Artist to build and maintain a library of 3D venue models using SketchUp and Enscape. You will recreate real event spaces from floor plans and photos, producing accurate, realistic visuals for client pitches and internal design reviews.

A strong design eye, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret references are essential. The role offers growth within a collaborative team and exposure to live event concepts.

Qualifications

• Background in interior design, exhibition design, spatial design, architecture, or event design.
• Strong understanding of scale, proportion, materials, textures, and lighting.
• Portfolio showing well-modeled interiors or environments, accurate spatial representation, and realistic textures.
• Hands-on experience with a professional 3D modeling and rendering tool (SketchUp, Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Twinmotion, D5 Render, or similar).
• Ability to interpret photographs, floor plans, and design references.
• Strong creative eye with excellent attention to detail.
• Organized approach to modeling and file management.
• Disciplined, careful, and productive without close oversight.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a library of 3D venue models for the whole creative team to use.
• Recreate real event spaces as accurate, realistic models in SketchUp and Enscape, working from floor plans, reference photographs, and 3D venue scans (Polycam).
• Apply realistic materials and textures and ensure every model is accurately scaled.
• Set up lighting to showcase venues at a high standard.
• Develop and maintain a well-organized filing system so venues are easy to find and reuse.
• Interpret photographs, floor plans, and design references into accurate 3D spaces.
• Produce 3D visualizations for smaller client projects and pitches alongside our event designers.
• Collaborate with the design team and keep developing your design skills.

Our growing library of 3D venue models will be built by a creative Junior 3D Visualization Artist with a strong design eye and a solid understanding of spatial design. You will recreate real event spaces as accurate, realistic 3D models and support our event designers with visualizations for smaller client projects and pitches.
