vamasters, Inc. is seeking a Senior 3D Visualization Artist to lead high-end event visuals with an exceptional eye for atmosphere, lighting, and composition.

You will collaborate with our creative and event design teams to elevate briefs into compelling visuals and help grow capabilities in animated walkthroughs and immersive VR. You will develop sophisticated event environments, reuse venue models, and deliver high-quality still renders for client pitches, while shaping storytelling and visual

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating design, lighting, and atmosphere.
• Experience producing high‑quality 3D visuals of interiors, events, exhibitions, or immersive environments.
• Ability to contribute ideas beyond briefs and push creative boundaries.
• Proficiency with 3D modeling and rendering software (listed above).
• Understanding of lighting and staging for events or interiors.

Responsibilities

• Develop sophisticated event environments with staging, lighting, LEDs, and multimedia elements.
• Use existing 3D venue models as a starting point for larger projects.
• Take briefs and elevate them with your design ideas.
• Produce high-quality still renders for major client pitches.

• Build strong composition, atmosphere, and storytelling in every presentation.

Job Summary:

Event concepts that deserve to be seen before they exist need a visual champion, and a Senior 3D Visualization Artist with an exceptional eye for atmosphere, lighting, and composition will lead our high-end creative event visualizations. You will work closely with our creative and event design teams on ambitious projects, taking a brief and elevating it into compelling visuals that help sell an event concept. The role will also help us grow our capabilities in animated walkthroughs, cinematic fly-throughs, and immersive VR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop sophisticated event environments with staging, scenic design, theatrical lighting, LED screens, multimedia, and other production elements
• Use our existing 3D venue models as a starting point for larger, more ambitious projects
• Take creative briefs and elevate them with your own design judgment and ideas
• Produce high-quality still renders for major client pitches
• Create animated walkthroughs, cinematic fly-throughs, and immersive VR experiences
• Build strong composition, atmosphere, and visual storytelling into every presentation
• Work closely with the creative and event design teams
• Manage larger creative projects independently from concept to delivery
• Help develop new ways to present and sell event concepts

Mandatory Skills:

• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating design ability, composition, lighting, and atmosphere
• Proven experience producing high-quality 3D visualizations of interiors, events, exhibitions, or immersive environments
• Strong creative instincts and the ability to contribute ideas, not just execute a brief
• Professional experience with 3D modeling and rendering software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, V-Ray, Twinmotion, D5 Render, or similar)
• Understanding of lighting and staging for events or interiors
• Ability to manage larger creative projects and collaborate with a design team
• Focused, rigorous, and effective when left to run with the work
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of staging, theatrical lighting, LED screens, and multimedia
• Experience in live events, event production, entertainment, or experiential design
• Background in stage design, entertainment design, or event visualization
• Experience with animation, real-time rendering, walkthroughs, or VR
• Unreal Engine experience
• Experience with SketchUp, Enscape, Vectorworks, or CAST WYSIWYG/Vivien
• Able to handle a full slate of projects while keeping each one moving
