The Site Translator is responsible for supporting the Project Director in various aspects of project management, including document translation, workflow coordination, meeting organization, and process optimization. The role requires strong proficiency in both Chinese and English, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidate should have a background in engineering/construction management and a proactive approach to problem-solving and task execution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate strong proficiency in both Chinese and English, including reading, listening, and writing skills.
• Capable of handling daily document translations.
• Possess proven experience in project management, assisting the project manager in daily operations.
• Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility, proactive communication, and coordination with various departments to promote project operations.
• Bold and decisive, able to assume some project manager responsibilities when necessary.
• Obedient to management, with strong execution skills, assisting the project manager in fully following up on the implementation of various tasks.

Qualifications:

• Educational or professional background in architecture, construction, or interior design is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction or any similar field.
• With extensive experience working as a Project Assistant and Translator.
• With experience working in a Casino/Hotel management.
• Willingness to travel to various construction sites as needed.
• Ability to work extended hours during peak construction periods.
