Job summary

Automart PH is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee daily site operations and support the Car Sales Adviser team in reaching sales goals. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure vehicle availability and smooth customer transactions, while maintaining service standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in automotive or retail, with strong leadership and CRM proficiency. On-site work in Talisay, Cebu is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or related field.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in automotive, retail, or operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work on-site in Talisay, Cebu.
