Job summary

Broadridge is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer in the Philippines to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure across a full-stack environment. The role emphasizes automation, reliability, and aligning architecture with business goals.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate infrastructure, monitor services, and ensure security and performance, while delivering on time and within Broadridge standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with commercial service infrastructure at both software and infrastructure levels.
• Strong cloud experience in AWS or Azure.
• Solid knowledge of OS: Windows/Linux and automation tools (Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across a full stack of development tools and technologies.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure infrastructure automation and reliability.
• Track SLIs and ensure health of infrastructure and services.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical designs with focus on automation, availability, and cost.
• Uphold security best practices and Broadridge standards in infrastructure design.
• Lead technical design sessions with application, infrastructure, and vendor teams as needed.
• Deliver high-quality infrastructure on time following Broadridge processes.
• Automate implementation and ongoing operational support of infrastructure.
• Provide estimates for projects and adjust scope as needed based on capacity.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure capacity, scaling, and security.
