Job summary

Broadridge in Manila is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and maintain reliable, scalable infrastructure for a fintech platform. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platforms, Terraform, CI/CD tools, Docker & Kubernetes
• Strong monitoring/observability experience with Datadog, ELK or Splunk, plus scripting in Python or Bash

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain reliable and scalable infrastructure
• Write and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code, automation, and CI/CD pipelines
• Perform day-to-day production troubleshooting and performance tuning
• Improve monitoring, alerting, and observability
• Participate in on-call rotations and production support
• Own assigned services and reliability initiatives
• Respond to production incidents using documented procedures
• Contribute to RCA and post-incident actions
• Implement fixes to prevent recurrence
• Support SLOs/SLIs/SLAs
• Collaborate with SREs, developers, and security teams
• Advance platform standards and best practices
