Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions seeks a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (Hybrid) to ensure reliable, scalable fintech platform infrastructure in Manila. You will design, implement, and maintain IaC, automation, and CI/CD pipelines, and own end-to-end reliability with SRE practices.

The role requires 3+ years in DevOps/SRE, hands-on AWS, Terraform, Docker/Kubernetes, and strong monitoring. On-call duties and cross-functional collaboration are expected in this hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Hands-on with AWS cloud platforms and IaC (Terraform or similar).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containers, and orchestration.
• Proficient in monitoring and observability tools.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Kafka (AWS MSK or Confluent).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain reliable and scalable infrastructure.
• Write and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform day-to-day production troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Improve monitoring, alerting, and observability.
• Participate in on-call rotations and production support.
• Own assigned services, tools, or reliability initiatives.
• Respond to production incidents using documented procedures.
• Contribute to RCA and post-incident actions.
• Implement fixes to prevent recurrence.
• Support reliability metrics such as SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs.
• Work with SREs, developers, and security teams.
• Align work to operational priorities and technical debt reduction.
• Continuously improve tooling, documentation, and processes.
• Adopt and apply platform standards and best practices.
