Chevron Philippines Inc. is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer based in Makati. The role focuses on proactive incident prevention, end-to-end SRE practices, and collaborating with product teams to improve system reliability across on-prem and cloud environments.

You will lead troubleshooting during major incidents, provide on-call support, and drive automation and logging improvements to reduce toil. A strong IT background in Windows/Linux, Azure, and CI/CD is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT professional with CS/MIS degree or equivalent.
• Experience in on-prem and cloud architecture (Azure).
• Experience with Windows and Linux OS.
• Familiar with ITSM, Incident management.
• Strong analytical and RCA skills.
• Knowledge of SAFe Agile and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Proactively prevent incidents using data analytics and baselining.
• Lead agile product teams in troubleshooting and resolving system problems.
• Provide on-call support during critical (P1) incidents.
• Perform SRE assessments and recommend maturity plans.
• Improve logging and build automation to reduce toil.
• Monitor production environments and maintain system health.
• Collaborate to improve DevOps best practices.
