Job summary

EROAD in Manila is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (AWS/Azure) to join the platform team supporting our global SaaS platforms. You will work on a mix of steady-state operations and meaningful change, helping consolidate cloud footprint.

The role requires strong hands-on AWS production experience, familiarity with Azure, Kubernetes at scale, IaC with Terraform, and observability tools like Grafana and Datadog. You will participate in on-call and push for FinOps.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on AWS production experience.
• Hands-on Kubernetes on AKS or EKS.
• Familiarity with Azure; hands-on Azure a bonus.
• CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Concourse or similar.
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Monitoring/alerting with Grafana, Sumo Logic or Datadog.
• Cloud cost optimisation/FinOps experience.
• Ability to balance BAU with shifting projects.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate cloud footprint across environments.
• Mature observability from monitoring to uplifted practice.
• Advance cloud cost reporting and optimisation.
• Participate in on-call roster and incident response.
