Job summary

Samsung Electronics Philippines Corporation is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to develop, deploy, optimize, and maintain cloud platforms. You will deploy and debug cloud stacks, educate teams on new cloud initiatives, and ensure the security of cloud infrastructure.

The role requires strong CI/CD, cloud skills (AWS/GCP/Azure), and hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, and Git. Collaboration across teams and Agile practices are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering; Master’s degree a plus.
• Proficiency in provisioning, managing, and maintaining cloud resources with automation for deployment/operations.
• Knowledge of CI/CD technologies and Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Collaborate with operations and development to standardize automation.

Responsibilities

• Modify and improve existing systems.
• Ensure consistent deployment, infrastructure, and development processes across platforms/environments.
• Promote automation across teams and standardize DevOps for web applications.
• Research cloud architectures to inform decision-making.
• Write application and automation code and perform code reviews.
• Document processes and participate in Agile workflows.
