Job summary

Procter & Gamble Philippines is seeking a Site Physician to lead occupational health at the Manila GO Health Center. You will shape health initiatives, analyze data and collaborate with the PH Medical Team to strengthen medical systems and wellbeing programs for employees.

You will oversee clinical case reviews, PEME/APE/ECU guidance, and safety processes while partnering with HSE and business leaders to ensure compliance and sustainable health operations.

Qualifications

• Valid medical license to practice in the Philippines.
• Completed Basic Course in Occupational Medicine from the PCOM.
• 2–3 years of clinical experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Specialization in Psychiatry, Internal Medicine, or related field preferred.
• Experience in policy development, process optimization, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of Philippine health and safety regulations.
• Experience managing mental health initiatives and wellbeing programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Clinical: perform case reviews, advise on accommodations, guide recovery.
• PEME/APE/ECU guidance for employees and applicants.
• Address health concerns including work-related illnesses and injuries.
• Lead medical emergency response, crisis management, and business continuity.
• Maintain Health Systems capabilities; drive safety process improvements.
• Collaborate with HSE teams on medical investigations.
• Oversee medical processes for compliance with laws and governance.
• Engage with site leadership to promote wellbeing programs and accountability.
