Qualifications

• Licensed Medical Doctor with active PRC license.
• Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) certification preferred.
• Preferred background or certification in Occupational Medicine or basic safety training.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical assessment abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health and safety regulations.
• Advise management on occupational health risks, workplace accommodations, and return-to-work assessments.
• Provide primary medical care, advice, consultation, and treatment to employees.
• Manage workplace injuries, illnesses, and medical emergencies on company premises.
• Assess medical results to determine work eligibility and provide clearances.
• Maintain confidential employee medical records and documentation.
• Provide referrals and follow-up care when necessary.
