Royal Caribbean Group seeks an Occupational Health Physician to deliver clinical services, manage PEME results, and advise HR and leadership on employee health matters. The role ensures DOLE OSH compliance, confidentiality, and ethical standards while coordinating with external providers and safety teams.

The position involves fitness-for-work evaluations, case management, and participation in wellness programs within an on-site clinic environment in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Medical degree and licensed MD or equivalent.
• Certified basic course in Occupational Medicine from a recognized university.
• Advanced degree in occupational medicine is an advantage.
• Experience in corporate clinic settings is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver clinical services and medical examinations for workers.
• Manage PEME results and return-to-work clearance.
• Support HR and management with medical guidance.
• Lead emergency response and coordinate with Safety teams.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE OSH standards.
