Job summary

The Site Manager will lead and oversee all onsite construction activities for the 50 MWac Magat Floating Solar Power Project from start to finish. This role manages scope, budget, resources, and quality, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and building codes.

Responsibilities include supervising the EPC contractor, tracking milestones against timeline, coordinating with the Project Manager and O&M teams, and communicating progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in construction project management.
• Experience with EPC contractors, regulatory agencies, and senior decision-makers.
• Knowledge of renewable energy structures and energy storage projects.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise onsite construction activities for the project.
• Monitor milestones, budgets, and resources to meet plan timelines.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance on site.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Project Controller, and stakeholders.
• Provide regular progress reports to leadership and teams.
• Engage with EPC contractors, regulators, and host stakeholders as needed.
