Job summary

AFRY is expanding its team in the Philippines to deliver utility-scale solar PV projects across the country. We are seeking a Project Scheduler (Primavera P6) to develop, maintain, and coordinate detailed schedules with engineering, procurement and construction teams in a dynamic, international environment.

The role requires a Civil/Mechanical/Electrical engineering background and 3–7 years in scheduling, CPM concepts, and strong Excel/reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• 3–7 years of experience in project scheduling, planning, or project controls.
• Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6 (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to define project timelines and milestones.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly to reflect actual status.
• Identify schedule risks, delays, and critical path activities, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and schedule analysis for stakeholders.
• Support project managers in planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Review contractor schedules and ensure alignment with overall project timeline.
• Ensure compliance with project controls standards and procedures.

We are currently seeking a motivated and technically strong professional to join our team as a Project Scheduler (Primavera P6). This role will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules, supporting project planning and execution, and ensuring timely delivery of solar energy projects. The position will contribute to efficient project coordination, proactive risk management, and the successful implementation of projects within a dynamic, multidisciplinary, and international working environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams
